Our management team

David Henderson is the Clinic Director of award-winning Midland Eye and is also  Management Development Lead for Aspen Healthcare Group. He is also Hospital Director at The Holly Private Hospital.

David has a wealth of experience in the health sector having worked for BMI for five years.

David is also a qualified Facilitator and Trainer and has experience in training and developing managers in his BMI hospitals and across BMI’s London region.

Prior to BMI, David worked as a Hotel General Manager where he was instrumental in winning a number of awards including Hotel of the Year, Business of the Year, Customer Care and Workforce Development awards.

Shaun Rathod, Deputy Operations Manager

Shaun worked at Midland Eye for 8 years, starting of as an Administrator, then Team Leader & then NHS Contracts Manager.

Prior to Midland Eye, he worked as Sales Assistant and Stock Controller in the retail industry.
